It’s long to explain why i needed this, but i had to run an instance of ubuntu netbook remix on my pc, so:

qemu -boot d -cdrom ubuntu-10.04-netbook-i386.iso -m 512 -soundhw es1370 -localtime 

Soooo slow, but i needed it!
